How EduArk separates evidence from promotion

Our catalogue can support a direct University relationship without hiding who controls admission, academic policy, fees or payment.

Source Ledger

Material programme fields can carry an official URL, evidence type, review state and checked date. A conflict stays marked pending until resolved.

Direct partnership status

A direct partnership is recorded separately from a general catalogue listing. The relationship does not make every University statement an EduArk guarantee.

Application evidence

Formal Apply opens only for a published, fee-backed intake. Status and documents follow a controlled record instead of an informal chat trail.

Commercial disclosure

EduArk or an authorised partner may receive a referral or service fee under a University arrangement. This compensation must not be added silently to the University-published student fee. Catalogue order is not sold as an independent ranking; any future sponsored placement must be labelled.

Payment safety

Pay course fees only using a University-authorised link, account or instruction shown during the controlled application process. Never share an OTP, PIN, password or card credential with an EduArk adviser. EduArk guidance does not override a University refund policy.

What each label means

Source checked
The programme has a verified or confirmed state, a valid official HTTP(S) programme URL and a recorded check within the last 180 days.
Source update due
The confirmed official programme source was last checked more than 180 days ago and needs a fresh review.
Review required
An official programme URL exists, but the verification state or recorded check date is not currently acceptable.
Source pending
No valid official HTTP(S) programme URL is currently published, so EduArk does not claim that the source was checked.
Direct Partner
A current, verified partnership evidence record exists. Programme availability remains intake-specific.
Formal Apply
A published intake has a positive fee structure and the application module is open.
Request Guidance
A conversation can be requested, but no formal application or fee claim is implied.
